Jill Condon is a creative and experienced violin teacher, with nearly 20 years of experience in the music industry. Jill offers individual lessons designed to inspire and develop students of all ages and walks of life, from 4 to 99+ years old, LGBTQIA+ friendly, disability-friendly and non-discriminatory.
Lessons are based on the philosophy that anyone at any age can learn and play a musical instrument with passion and enjoyment.
Jill studied both AMEB and Suzuki Violin alongside Celtic fiddle, as well as analog reel tape recording. She obtained qualifications in classical music, contemporary music and business and has since worked with orchestras, recording studios, a solo performer, band member, and more across Australia, including Queensland Conservatorium Youth Orchestra, Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Caloundra Chorale Theatre Company, Gympie Music Muster, Morton Celtic Fiddle Club, Melbourne Quebec fiddle club, Melbourne Music Week, and more!
Jill offers coaching in Suzuki violin repertoire and Celtic fiddle. Lessons involve various techniques and effective practice methods that are used and recognised worldwide, as well as encouraging creativity. Be it lessons for beginners just starting to learn music, or learning for leisure/personal goals... Jill can help you achieve it!
